My Journey
Born in Ukraine, I’ve always lived between systems, cultures, and roles.
At 13, I went on a school exchange to Israel – and since 2005, Germany has become my second home.
I studied applied mathematics and economics, earned PhDs in both disciplines, changed countries, companies, and careers – never in a linear path, but always one filled with intention, strength, and learning.
From mathematics and economics to executive coaching, I’ve navigated business and technology from many sides. Two PhDs, multiple sectors – logistics, finance, infrastructure; multiple roles – program manager, senior product owner, account manager, Data & AI Lead Consultant – and one common thread: clarity in complexity.
I bring a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, cultural integration, and human behavior to every engagement.
I’ve lived across systems, cultures, and countries – and I know how change feels. Sometimes exciting, often uncomfortable, and always transformational.
Transitions across languages, systems, and power structures have shaped my communication style: empathic, strategic, grounded in active listening – and turned that into a toolkit for transformation.
What connects it all is my belief that change is not a problem to be solved – it's a movement to be guided. And that’s where I come in: I empower people to distinguish what truly matters – and move forward with clarity and courage.
As a coach, a mentor, a consultant, and a sparring partner who sees the whole picture – strategy, structure, and emotion.
My values in action:
Clarity. Empowerment. Movement.
